Robert H. Rogers recently received an award from the Los Angeles Superior Court Alternate Dispute Resolution Department for his work for the Los Angeles court system as a volunteer mediator.
The firm recently successfully resolved at mediation a matter involving a woman whose boss allegedly made her work place unbearable when she refused to submit to his numerous advances of a sexual nature. As a result of the conduct the client suffered from severe depression and post traumatic stress like symptoms and panic attacks.
The firm recently settled for $100,000 a dog bite case for a client who was savagely attacked by a pit bull. Tenacious investigation was conducted and it was learned that the same dog had attacked several others in the neighborhood.
