(Clients represented by another attorney were sued by a tenant who sought to enjoin the clients from making his leased building a part of a larger multi-building project. Hoping to gain leverage that might get him out of his lease, the tenant obtained a temporary restraining order, before the clients substituted in Callanan, Rogers & Dzida, LLP, as their new counsel. Working together, Charles Callanan and Joe Dzida of the firm built the case against the injunction. That evidence convinced the judge to reverse his prior order granting a temporary injunction and his tentative ruling that the injunction should be granted.)
Yes, the judge really did a 180 turn at the end !
