Theodore Khachaturian is an Associate of Callanan, Rogers & Dzida, LLP.

Mr. Khachaturian is a litigator and trial attorney primarily in the fields of employment law, eminent domain law, and general civil litigation. Mr. Khachaturian is also a trial attorney. In the Winter of 2008, he successfully tried a case before the Superior Court and obtained judgment for his client. Mr. Khachaturian also has experience as an Appellate Attorney. He recently persuaded the California Court of Appeal to overturn a trial court’s decision that denied his client compensation for rest breaks in an employment dispute.

Prior to joining the firm of Callanan, Rogers & Dzida, Mr. Khachaturian was an Associate at Sullivan, Workman & Dee, LLP from May of 2006 through June of 2009.
